Timberwolves Sign Rookie Forward Smith
The MINNEAPOLIS STAR TRIBUNE writes, "The Timberwolves signed their second-round draft pick, forward Craig Smith, on Thursday. Terms were not disclosed."
USA Basketball President Val Ackerman has been named to the 20 member 2006-2010 International Basketball Federation (FIBA) Central Board, and Bob Elphinston has been elected FIBA President for the 2006-2010 term of office, the International Basketball Federation has announced.
