Former Gator Walsh Moves to Next Phase

Ken Hornack of the DAYTONA BEACH NEWS-JOURNAL writes, "Matt Walsh wore something of a dazed expression Thursday after he ran smack into a moving screen by Tyrus Thomas during the first quarter of the Orlando Magic's summer league game against the Chicago Bulls. Some might say that look could sum up the past year for the 23-year-old former Florida star. You couldn't blame Walsh for wondering what hit him after a stretch in which he went undrafted upon leaving college following his junior year and was cut by the Miami Heat early in the NBA's regular season."
